Helping you use Nature’s Medicine instead of Big Pharma

Hi there, I’m Rene’!  I am a holistic pharmacist consultant and am passionate about how cannabis can help heal your body and mind

My Background

I am a native Montanan and have lived in Western Montana for most of my life. I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Food Science in 1983 from Central Washington University just before the arrival of my first child. I then returned to school after having my 3 children and received my degree in Pharmacy from the University of Montana in 1993. My pharmacy career began in nursing home and geriatric pharmacy as well as retail pharmacy. In 1996, I opened a compounding pharmacy in Missoula MT.  My focus was on a holistic approach to healthcare which included bioidentical hormone therapies for men and women, antiaging medicine, supplements, herbal remedies, and lifestyle adjustments. I was constantly amazed at the improvements people saw by including these natural approaches in their treatment plans as opposed to using prescribed medications only.I have since sold my pharmacy practice and thought I would enjoy my grown family which includes 6 fantastic grandchildren.  BUT THEN…Cannabis was finally legalized and decriminalized!! Now we have the ability to utilize this remarkable plant to improve our lives.

Medical Cannabis Consultations

A medical cannabis consultation helps bring clarity to which strains of cannabis and which ingredients are best for your medical symptoms. These include strains, terpenes, and flavonoids. The resulting effects on a patient depend on the individual, as well as how you are introducing it into the body, the method you’re using to heat it, and the temperature your heating it at.

Sometimes this is difficult for a patient to do on their own. Some strains can help you sleep while others give you energy. Some strains can improve anxiety while others make anxiety worse. What is used for hip pain is different than what you use for neuropathy pain. If you get a combination product with both ingredients what ratio do you need for your medical symptoms?

Medical cannabis provides an affordable economic sustainable source that targets a multitude of symptoms, not just one.

Imagine the possibility of trading a array of pills for medicinal marijuana. There are dozens of options to reach yur goals whether it’s pain, sleep, productivity, anxiety, or other symptoms related to your condition.
